Skin overview

The skin is built around a metallic green camouflage that covers the receiver and handguard, with a lighter olive stock at the back. In Field-Tested the paint starts to show scuffs on rails and edges, but the green colour scheme still reads clearly in game. For a camouflage finish, this light wear suits the theme rather than spoiling it.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver and handguard are covered in a dark green camouflage with metallic paint, where deeper green and near-black shapes overlap. The top rail and the area around the magazine well carry small lime-green accents that catch the eye against the darker base.

Scuffs become visible along the top rail, the edges of the receiver and the corners of the stock. The metallic layer loses some shine in these spots, and the lime accents can be partly rubbed. In game the green camo still reads as a whole, with wear noticeable mainly when inspecting. The flat sides of the handguard and stock are still mostly clean.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The whole float range of Souvenir SCAR-20 | Green Marine is 0–0.8; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (29% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Green, olive, black and metallic gold stickers sit well on this dark camo and keep the military theme. Holo or foil stickers in green tones placed on the side of the receiver echo the metallic paint, while a single bright accent sticker can stand out against the muted base.

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the top of a grade look noticeably cleaner on the rail edges.
• Look at the top rail and receiver edges in the inspect view, as these lose paint first.
• Check the stock corners and lime accents, which show wear earlier than the flat surfaces.
