Show allAllSkin overview
The rifle wears a light, sand-coloured finish with dark torn stripes running across the receiver, scope and stock. At Minimal Wear the look is practically the same as a fresh copy, with only small marks that need a close inspection to notice. It is a sensible choice for a buyer who wants a clean-looking rifle without paying for the top grade.
Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The base colour is a pale cream or sand tone, crossed by irregular dark olive and near-black stripes with ragged, torn-looking edges. The pattern runs over the receiver, the long railed handguard, the scope body and its mounts, the magazine, the pistol grip and the skeleton stock.
Tiny scuffs may appear on the sharpest edges, such as the top of the handguard rails or the rim of the scope. They are small and easy to miss on the light base. In game the rifle looks the same as a Factory New copy. The receiver, magazine, grip and stock remain clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir SCAR-20 | Torn is 0–0.45; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (18% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Shattered Web Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from Shattered Web Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in olive, khaki, black or muted gold match the cream-and-olive stripes and keep a military look. Placing them on the receiver side or the stock, where the paint is calmest, avoids clashing with the busy handguard pattern.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since a low value in a grade means fewer dark spots on the pale base.
- Look at the handguard rails, scope rings and magazine edges first, as they lose paint before the rest of the rifle.
- The stripe placement is random, so compare how the stripes fall on the scope and stock if that matters to you.
- Check applied stickers and a name tag, since they change the look and cannot be removed without scraping.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a rifle that looks new in game without paying for the top grade.
- Sticker crafters happy with a near-clean base and minor edge marks.
- A balanced pick between appearance and cost.
