Skin overview

Blood in the Water pairs a shark rendered in teal and white with red spatter across a light grey base, framed by the dark barrel, scope and stock. The skin cannot drop below a light Field-Tested, so even this grade keeps the shark readable, with scuffs mostly on the pale handguard and its edges. It is the most affordable way to get the full design.

Item type: sniper rifle. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New and Minimal Wear. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The main artwork sits on the receiver and the area above the magazine: a shark head in teal and blue with an open mouth full of white teeth. From there red streaks and spatter run forward along the handguard, over a pale grey-white base with dark vent cut-outs.

Scratches become visible on the pale handguard, its front edges and the raised parts of the receiver, and some of the red spatter looks slightly patchy. The shark's head stays recognisable, with only light marks around its outline. Because the float range ends early, this is a light Field-Tested with no heavy damage. In game the design reads clearly, though the light areas look less clean up close.
