Show allAllSkin overview
The rifle is recognisable at a glance by its glowing magenta stripes and the warm orange glow towards the stock. Minimal Wear keeps that neon character almost intact, with only faint marks on edges that are hard to spot outside inspect mode. For most players it reads the same as a clean copy in a match.
Item type: sniper rifle. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The barrel fades from purple near the muzzle to dark at the receiver, and the muzzle brake is painted bright pink. The receiver is dark with glowing magenta stripes and pink rail cutouts, while the area towards the stock carries a colourful racing scene in blue, purple and pink with an orange-to-yellow gradient.
Tiny scuffs may appear on the muzzle brake and the sharpest receiver edges. The artwork and stripes stay whole, and the colours keep their saturation. At normal distance the rifle is practically indistinguishable from Factory New.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir SSG 08 | Turbo Peek ranges from 0 to 0.6; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 13% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Operation Riptide Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from Operation Riptide Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in pink, purple, orange or holographic finishes fit the neon racing theme. Placing them on the dark part of the receiver keeps the car artwork near the stock visible.
What to look at before you buy
- Look at where the float sits within the wear range, since the edges and muzzle brake change most between low and high values.
- Inspect the car artwork near the stock, as it loses detail first on more worn copies.
- Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the neon side reads.
- Compare the rail cutouts and receiver edges in inspect mode before buying.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Crafters who accept tiny edge marks hidden under normal viewing.
- A sensible balance between appearance and cost.
