Skin overview

This Tec-9 carries an ice-blue marbled finish on its front half and magazine, framed by grey metal and orange details. In Well-Worn the icy pattern is visibly broken up at the edges and raised parts, giving the pistol a weathered, used look. The colour scheme is still readable at a glance.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The perforated barrel shroud is covered in a turquoise and white marbled hydrographic that resembles cracked ice, with the black holes standing out against the light pattern. The upper receiver continues the icy pattern with white trim lines, while the lower receiver and grip are dark grey with thin white outlines and a round emblem on the side.

The pattern is worn through in patches on the shroud and along the magazine, exposing darker material under the light paint. The upper receiver shows heavier scratches near the edges, and the orange details start to look scuffed. In game the weapon appears noticeably dirtier, though the blue tone is still recognisable. The flat sides of the grip hold up better than the edges.

The whole float range of Souvenir Tec-9 | Avalanche is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
