Skin overview

The skin combines a painted yellow receiver, a hand-stitched leather grip and a belt engine print on the magazine. At Well-Worn the yellow is visibly broken up by bare metal on the receiver edges and the magazine pattern loses definition. The pistol reads as a worn tool rather than a fresh paint job.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The receiver and lower frame are painted solid yellow, with small stencilled warning labels and markings printed on the sides. The barrel shroud is dark grey with a row of round perforations, and the top cover and rear sight area are dark metal.

Bare metal shows through on most receiver edges and spreads onto the sides of the frame. The magazine pattern is worn on its edges and partly faded, and the leather panel on the grip shows scuffs. In game the pistol clearly reads as used. The centre of the receiver sides still keeps a good share of the yellow.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir Tec-9 | Fuel Injector is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Gamma 2 Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Gamma 2 Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Black, grey and yellow stickers blend with the receiver and keep the industrial theme. Placements on the yellow receiver side stand out best, while dark or metallic stickers sit naturally near the shroud.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float shows noticeably fewer chips on the yellow receiver.
  • Look at the receiver edges, front corners and trigger guard, as they lose paint first.
  • Inspect the magazine pattern on worn copies, because its raised edges fade early.
  • Note any stickers or name tag already applied and whether StatTrak™ or Souvenir is the version you want.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Budget buyers who want the design and accept visible chipping.
  • Players who prefer a worn tool aesthetic.
  • Conclusion: an affordable option with clear signs of use.
