Show allAllSkin overview
Continuum in Battle-Scarred keeps only fragments of its teal and blue streaks among large areas of bare grey metal. The radiating motif is guessed rather than seen, especially on the magazine and stock. This grade is the cheapest way to carry the skin and gives it a heavily used, industrial look.
Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The receiver and handguard are painted in dark teal with thin blue and black lines radiating outward, while the top rail, foregrip and muzzle stay plain dark metal. The magazine carries the boldest part of the pattern, with deep blue streaks and lighter silver-white bands toward its base.
Large parts of the magazine, stock and receiver show bare grey metal. Only broken pieces of teal and blue remain, mostly on the central panels and grip. In game the skin reads as a worn dark gun with hints of blue rather than a defined pattern. The plain metal parts such as the rail and foregrip look the same as in any other grade.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–1
The float of Souvenir UMP-45 | Continuum ranges from 0 to 1; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–1 — 55% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir UMP-45 | Continuum belongs to The Genesis Collection, which holds 17 skins.
It drops from Sealed Genesis Terminal.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Blue, teal, silver and holographic stickers blend with the cool streaks of the finish. Black or chrome stickers on the receiver side keep the dark, void-like mood, while a single white or ice-toned accent can echo the light bands on the magazine.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the top of a grade keep the magazine edges noticeably cleaner.
- Look at the magazine and stock corners on the inspect screen, as these parts lose paint first.
- Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it already carries stickers or a name tag.
- On worn grades, check how much of the blue streaking survives on the receiver panels.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Budget entry for anyone who wants the skin in their loadout.
- Players who enjoy a heavily used, metal-heavy look.
- The cheapest way to own Continuum, with the pattern mostly gone.
