Skin overview

Continuum is recognised by its cool palette: teal, deep blue and black streaks fanning out over the UMP-45. In Field-Tested the pattern is still clearly visible, but the edges of the magazine, stock and receiver show grey metal through the paint. At normal distance the gun still reads as a dark blue skin with movement in its lines.

Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver and handguard are painted in dark teal with thin blue and black lines radiating outward, while the top rail, foregrip and muzzle stay plain dark metal. The magazine carries the boldest part of the pattern, with deep blue streaks and lighter silver-white bands toward its base.

Grey metal shows along the magazine edges, the stock frame and the front of the receiver. Some thin lines on the side panels lose sharpness and the teal base looks slightly dulled. In game the blue-and-black streaks are still readable and the skin keeps its character. The central receiver area and grip usually hold most of their paint.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir UMP-45 | Continuum ranges from 0 to 1; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 23% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Genesis Collection with 17 skins in total.

The source is Sealed Genesis Terminal.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Blue, teal, silver and holographic stickers blend with the cool streaks of the finish. Black or chrome stickers on the receiver side keep the dark, void-like mood, while a single white or ice-toned accent can echo the light bands on the magazine.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the top of a grade keep the magazine edges noticeably cleaner.
  • Look at the magazine and stock corners on the inspect screen, as these parts lose paint first.
  • Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it already carries stickers or a name tag.
  • On worn grades, check how much of the blue streaking survives on the receiver panels.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want the skin to read clearly in game without paying for clean grades.
  • Buyers who like a little visible use on the edges.
  • The practical middle option for regular play.
