Skin overview

Neo-Noir in Battle-Scarred keeps its colour palette of magenta, blue and grey, but the artwork is heavily broken up by chips and scratches. Bare metal shows across the edges and much of the light-coloured areas, giving the gun a rough, used look. It is the most affordable way to carry this design for those who do not mind a worn finish.

Item type: smg. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The centre of the receiver carries the main motif: a woman's face in pink and magenta framed by dark, swirling hair with purple and blue highlights. The front of the receiver and the top near the muzzle are painted cream-white with dark splashes, while the rail, foregrip and much of the frame stay in dark grey.

Large chips cover the edges, magazine, grip and stock, with grey metal showing through in many places. The cream-white front is heavily damaged, and the portrait is crossed by scratches and missing patches. In game the gun looks rough and the artwork reads only as broken colour fields. The recessed areas and the middle of the receiver keep the most paint.

Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–1

The float of Souvenir UMP-45 | Neo-Noir ranges from 0 to 1; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–1 — 55% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir UMP-45 | Neo-Noir belongs to The Gallery Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Gallery Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in pink, magenta, purple or teal match the artwork, while holo and foil stickers echo the neon accents. Placing them on the dark grey frame or rail keeps the portrait in the centre free.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float looks noticeably cleaner on the light front section.
  • Inspect the portrait on the receiver, as it carries the design and scratches there matter most.
  • Look at the muzzle, magazine base and stock edges, which lose paint first.
  • Make sure any applied stickers or a name tag suit your taste, as they are part of what you buy.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Players who want the cheapest entry into this design.
  • Fans of heavily worn, rough-looking finishes.
  • Conclusion: a budget pick for those not bothered by wear.
