Show allAllSkin overview
The portrait on the receiver and the neon-toned details are what make Neo-Noir easy to spot on a UMP-45. At Minimal Wear the finish reads almost the same as a fresh copy, with only small marks that need a close look to find. It keeps the full colour of the artwork while usually costing less than the cleanest grade.
Item type: smg. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The centre of the receiver carries the main motif: a woman's face in pink and magenta framed by dark, swirling hair with purple and blue highlights. The front of the receiver and the top near the muzzle are painted cream-white with dark splashes, while the rail, foregrip and much of the frame stay in dark grey.
Small specks of wear can appear on the muzzle tip, the magazine base plate and the sharpest edges of the receiver. The portrait and the main colour areas remain untouched. At normal viewing distance in game the skin looks the same as a Factory New copy. Only the light cream areas may reveal tiny marks on inspection.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir UMP-45 | Neo-Noir is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Gallery Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from Gallery Case.
What it costs in each quality
Taking Minimal Wear as the baseline, Field-Tested — 2.1× cheaper. Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in pink, magenta, purple or teal match the artwork, while holo and foil stickers echo the neon accents. Placing them on the dark grey frame or rail keeps the portrait in the centre free.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float looks noticeably cleaner on the light front section.
- Inspect the portrait on the receiver, as it carries the design and scratches there matter most.
- Look at the muzzle, magazine base and stock edges, which lose paint first.
- Make sure any applied stickers or a name tag suit your taste, as they are part of what you buy.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a near-perfect look without paying for the top grade.
- Crafters who accept tiny marks that are invisible in game.
- Conclusion: almost the same visuals with a more sensible entry.
