Skin overview

This is a blue and purple camouflage on the USP-S, built from soft blotches in cold tones. In Battle-Scarred the camo is visibly faded and broken by bare-metal patches on the slide and silencer edges, giving the gun a rough, field-used look. The frame colour and the general palette still hold, so it does not lose its identity.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The silencer carries a violet camouflage of rounded blotches in purple, lilac and pale pink, broken by thin dark navy strokes. The slide uses the same pattern in a colder key, with light blue, white and steel-blue patches and dark streaks.

Large patches of bare metal break the camo on the slide and on the front of the silencer, and the remaining pattern looks faded. The grip texture and frame edges show clear wear. In game the pistol looks rough and weathered, with the purple and blue tones softened. The central parts of the silencer and the frame sides still keep enough colour to identify the skin.

Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.68

The whole float range of Souvenir USP-S | Alpine Camo is 0–0.68; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.68 segment (34% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir USP-S | Alpine Camo belongs to The Sport & Field Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

By price this skin is 5th of 9 skins Mil-Spec Grade USP-S in this quality (the first being the dearest).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in purple, light blue, white or silver match the cold camo and keep the look calm. Placing them on the slide works best, since the solid lavender-blue frame already has a plain base. Warm, bright colours tend to clash with the winter palette.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within its wear range, since copies at the clean end of a grade show fewer scuffs on the slide edges.
  • Inspect the front of the slide and the silencer tip, as these lose paint first.
  • Look at the camo placement on the slide, because the position of the white and light blue patches changes how bright the gun looks in hand.
  • Check any applied stickers or name tag to make sure they fit the cold palette.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Players who like a rough, weathered field look.
  • The cheapest entry to the Alpine Camo palette.
  • In short: a budget pick for those who prefer character over cleanliness.
