Skin overview

The skin is easy to spot by its winter palette: lavender, violet and pale blue patches cut by dark navy strokes. In Field-Tested the paint starts to thin at the slide edges and the muzzle end of the silencer, while the overall camo pattern still reads well. In hand the pistol looks used but not damaged, which fits the camouflage theme.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The silencer carries a violet camouflage of rounded blotches in purple, lilac and pale pink, broken by thin dark navy strokes. The slide uses the same pattern in a colder key, with light blue, white and steel-blue patches and dark streaks.

Wear becomes visible along the slide edges and at the muzzle end of the silencer, where the camo thins into lighter scratches. The light patches on the slide begin to look slightly dulled. In game the pattern still reads clearly and the scuffs mostly blend into the camouflage. The middle of the silencer and the frame remain largely clean.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir USP-S | Alpine Camo ranges from 0 to 0.68; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 34% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir USP-S | Alpine Camo belongs to The Sport & Field Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Price by quality

By price this skin is 3rd of 12 skins Mil-Spec Grade USP-S in this quality (the first being the dearest).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in purple, light blue, white or silver match the cold camo and keep the look calm. Placing them on the slide works best, since the solid lavender-blue frame already has a plain base. Warm, bright colours tend to clash with the winter palette.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within its wear range, since copies at the clean end of a grade show fewer scuffs on the slide edges.
  • Inspect the front of the slide and the silencer tip, as these lose paint first.
  • Look at the camo placement on the slide, because the position of the white and light blue patches changes how bright the gun looks in hand.
  • Check any applied stickers or name tag to make sure they fit the cold palette.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want the cold palette on their CT pistol at a reasonable entry point.
  • Buyers who like a slightly used look that suits camouflage.
  • In short: a balanced choice where the pattern still reads well.
