Show allAllSkin overview
The finish is built on one idea: a pistol drawn in blue lines on blueprint paper. In Field-Tested the navy base and outlines remain clearly readable, while edges begin to show scuffs. The result looks like a drawing that has been handled and carried around, which fits the theme.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The silencer is painted deep navy with a fine grid and bright blue rings marking its segments, and its muzzle end is outlined in light blue. The slide stays dark gunmetal on top with the USP TACTICAL marking, while blue line work runs along its lower edge.
Scuffs become visible on the silencer end, the slide edges and the front of the frame. Some outline segments look thinner or broken where the paint has rubbed off. The grip and the middle of the silencer still hold most of the blue, so the theme stays clear in game.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The float of Souvenir USP-S | Blueprint ranges from 0 to 0.86; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 27% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir USP-S | Blueprint belongs to The Operation Hydra Collection, which holds 17 skins.
It drops from Operation Hydra Case.
Price by quality

Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Blue, white and silver stickers match the drawing theme and keep the look technical. Placements on the dark slide stand out best, while stickers on the navy frame blend in quietly. Warm accents such as orange can work as a single contrasting point.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the top of a grade show more chipping on edges.
- Inspect the silencer tip and slide edges, as these lose paint first.
- Look at the blue outlines on the frame to see whether they are still continuous.
- Check applied stickers and name tag, because they change both the look and the resale appeal.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players who want the blueprint theme for everyday use.
- Buyers who like a lightly handled, used look.
- A practical choice for regular play.
