Show allAllSkin overview
Blueprint turns the USP-S into a blue technical sketch, with outlined edges and a faint grid over a dark navy base. At Minimal Wear the drawing still looks complete, and any marks are small enough to stay hidden in normal play. It keeps the clean blueprint look at a lower grade than Factory New.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The silencer is painted deep navy with a fine grid and bright blue rings marking its segments, and its muzzle end is outlined in light blue. The slide stays dark gunmetal on top with the USP TACTICAL marking, while blue line work runs along its lower edge.
Tiny scratches may appear on the silencer tip and the sharpest edges of the slide. The grid and outlines remain whole on the frame and grip. At normal distance it is practically indistinguishable from Factory New.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The float of Souvenir USP-S | Blueprint ranges from 0 to 0.86; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 9% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
Souvenir USP-S | Blueprint belongs to The Operation Hydra Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is Operation Hydra Case.

Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Blue, white and silver stickers match the drawing theme and keep the look technical. Placements on the dark slide stand out best, while stickers on the navy frame blend in quietly. Warm accents such as orange can work as a single contrasting point.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the top of a grade show more chipping on edges.
- Inspect the silencer tip and slide edges, as these lose paint first.
- Look at the blue outlines on the frame to see whether they are still continuous.
- Check applied stickers and name tag, because they change both the look and the resale appeal.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a clean look in game without paying for the top grade.
- Crafters who accept tiny marks on the silencer tip.
- A sensible balance between appearance and cost.
