Show allAllSkin overview
The Royal Guard pairs a blue slide with gold sights, trigger and trim, giving the USP-S a formal, uniform-like look. At Minimal Wear the finish is practically intact, with only faint marks that are hard to spot outside close inspection. For most buyers it reads the same as a pristine copy in the hand.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The slide is painted a solid, saturated blue from the rear sight to the front edge, with no pattern on it. Gold accents mark the sights, the ring where the silencer meets the barrel, the trigger and small trim parts on the frame.
Tiny scuffs may appear on the sharpest slide edges, usually only visible on inspection. The blue remains saturated and the gold keeps its shine. At normal distance in game it reads as a clean copy. The grip, frame and silencer show no meaningful change.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir USP-S | Royal Guard is 0–0.6; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (13% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir USP-S | Royal Guard belongs to The Ascent Collection, which holds 28 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
By price this skin is 5th of 10 skins Restricted USP-S in this quality (the first being the dearest).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Gold, holo-gold and white stickers echo the trim and stand out well against the blue slide. Placing them on the slide keeps the craft in view, while dark stickers tend to blend into the frame and get lost.
What to look at before you buy
- Check the float position within the wear grade, since a solid colour finish shows every scratch on the slide edges.
- Look at the slide corners and the front of the slide in the inspect view, as these lose paint first.
- Pattern does not matter for this skin, so focus on condition and stickers.
- Review any applied stickers and name tag to make sure they fit the blue and gold look.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Sticker crafters, since faint marks rarely affect the result.
- Conclusion: the balanced choice for a clean appearance.
