Skin overview

Battle-Scarred Whiteout turns the clean white gun into a scuffed, greyish one with large bare patches. The paint is heavily broken on the silencer and edges, giving a rough worn-out look that some players choose on purpose. It is the cheapest way to own the skin.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The whole USP-S is painted a single off-white tone: the long silencer, the slide, the frame, the trigger guard and the grip with its textured panels all share the same colour. There is no pattern, so the shape of the pistol, the rings and dents on the silencer and the slide serrations become the only visible detail.

Paint is heavily worn across the silencer, with extensive bare metal along its length and at the muzzle. The slide edges, trigger guard, grip edges and magazine base are strongly chipped. The surviving white looks grey and dirty. In game the pistol reads as a patchy mix of off-white and dark metal rather than a white gun.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.8

The whole float range of Souvenir USP-S | Whiteout is 0.06–0.8; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.8 segment (47% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir USP-S | Whiteout belongs to The 2021 Train Collection, which holds 17 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

By price this skin is 2nd of 3 skins Classified USP-S in this quality (the first being the dearest).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

A white base works with almost any sticker, so crafts usually rely on a single accent: gold, red or black stickers on the slide give clear contrast. Holographic or white-and-silver stickers keep the clean monochrome look.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, because on a plain white finish every chip is easy to see.
  • Look at the silencer edges and rings and at the muzzle end, since they lose paint first.
  • Pattern does not matter for this solid colour finish, so compare copies by float and condition only.
  • Check applied stickers and name tags, as any colour stands out strongly on the white.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Budget entry for anyone who wants the skin at the lowest cost.
  • Players who deliberately choose a rough, scuffed finish.
  • Conclusion: the cheapest way to own Whiteout, with a very different look.
