Show allAllSkin overview
This is the most worn version of the Neo-Noir artwork, a blue-magenta portrait over grey on the USP-S. In Battle-Scarred the paint is broken up across the silencer and slide, giving the piece a weathered, gritty character. Because the float range for this skin stops short of the maximum, the wear here is noticeable but not extreme.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The slide carries the central image: a stylized woman's face and dark hair drawn in magenta and pink over grayscale shading, with small blue accents and lettering near the rear. The silencer is a dark, glossy tube with cyan highlights and magenta streaks running along its length.
Paint loss is heavy across the silencer and covers much of the slide edges, with damage reaching into the portrait. The grip pattern is worn along its edges and in the most exposed areas. In game the colours remain recognisable, but the illustration looks rough and broken. Since this skin's float range is capped, even these copies keep more of the artwork than a full-range maximum wear would.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.7
The float of USP-S | Neo-Noir ranges from 0 to 0.7; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.7 — 36% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Which stickers suit it
Stickers in magenta, pink, cyan or holographic finishes match the neon palette of the artwork. Placing them on the silencer or the rear of the slide keeps the portrait visible. Black, white or grey stickers sit well against the grayscale base without competing with the image.
What to check before buying
- Check the float position within the wear grade, since the silencer and slide edges show the difference first.
- Look closely at the woman's face on the slide, as wear reaching it changes the look more than marks elsewhere.
- Inspect the muzzle end and rings of the silencer, the parts most visible in first-person view.
- Check applied stickers and the name tag, and decide whether StatTrak™ matters to you.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Budget entry for players who want the Neo-Noir name and colours.
- Fans of a weathered, gritty look that fits the noir theme.
- Conclusion: the most affordable route if heavy wear is acceptable.
