Skin overview

Neo-Noir is built on contrast between the grayscale base and bright magenta and blue accents. In Well-Worn the contrast becomes rougher: bare metal shows through on the silencer and the slide edges, and the portrait loses some fine detail. The overall neon palette still identifies the skin at a glance.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The slide carries the central image: a stylized woman's face and dark hair drawn in magenta and pink over grayscale shading, with small blue accents and lettering near the rear. The silencer is a dark, glossy tube with cyan highlights and magenta streaks running along its length.

The silencer shows broad areas of worn paint, and metal shows through on the slide edges and the front of the slide. Fine lines in the portrait start to fade and the grip edges are rubbed. In game the skin reads as a used neon finish rather than a clean illustration. The middle of the slide image and the inner grip pattern are the last areas that still look tidy.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The float of USP-S | Neo-Noir ranges from 0 to 0.7; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 10% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Price by quality

Compared with the Well-Worn quality, the others go like this:

Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.

Among 4 skins of the USP-S in the Covert grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.

StatTrak™ and Souvenir

This skin has a the StatTrak™ version with a kill counter. Right now it is 32% dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in magenta, pink, cyan or holographic finishes match the neon palette of the artwork. Placing them on the silencer or the rear of the slide keeps the portrait visible. Black, white or grey stickers sit well against the grayscale base without competing with the image.

What to check before buying

  • Check the float position within the wear grade, since the silencer and slide edges show the difference first.
  • Look closely at the woman's face on the slide, as wear reaching it changes the look more than marks elsewhere.
  • Inspect the muzzle end and rings of the silencer, the parts most visible in first-person view.
  • Check applied stickers and the name tag, and decide whether StatTrak™ matters to you.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Budget buyers who mainly want the neon palette in hand.
  • Players who do not mind visible wear on the silencer.
  • Conclusion: an economical entry into this skin with clear compromises.
