Show allAllSkin overview
The look of XM1014 | Entombed rests on the contrast between warm gold metal and the cool blue wraps over the receiver. At Minimal Wear that contrast is unchanged in practice, and any marks are limited to tiny specks on the outer edges that you only find when inspecting closely.
Item type: shotgun. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The barrel, magazine tube and muzzle are painted in a sand-gold tone, with a darker band and a small blue ring at the front end. The receiver is wrapped in deep blue-violet bands with a light textured sheen, contrasting sharply with the gold around it.
Small specks of wear may appear at the muzzle tip and on the corners of the top rail. The receiver wraps, forend ornament and stock patterns remain untouched. At normal distance in game it is practically indistinguishable from Factory New. The difference mainly shows when inspecting the weapon up close.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir XM1014 | Entombed is 0–0.5; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (16% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir XM1014 | Entombed belongs to The Fracture Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is Fracture Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Gold, blue and teal stickers match the finish and blend with the Egyptian theme. Placing stickers on the blue receiver gives contrast, while gold or holo stickers on the barrel side keep the warm tone uninterrupted.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, as copies at the cleaner end of Field-Tested look noticeably better than those near Well-Worn.
- Inspect the muzzle, top rail and forend ribs, since these parts lose paint first.
- Look at the blue receiver, which is the main colour spot and shows chips clearly.
- Check applied stickers and name tag, as they change the look and the resale appeal.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Sticker crafts where tiny edge marks are not a concern.
- A sensible balance between appearance and cost.
