Show allAllSkin overview
This finish combines a gold body, a blue wrapped receiver and Egyptian ornaments on the stock and forend. Its float range stops low, so Battle-Scarred copies are only the mildest part of that grade: worn and chipped, but with the colour scheme still recognisable.
Item type: shotgun. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The barrel, magazine tube and muzzle are painted in a sand-gold tone, with a darker band and a small blue ring at the front end. The receiver is wrapped in deep blue-violet bands with a light textured sheen, contrasting sharply with the gold around it.
Wear covers the barrel, muzzle, receiver edges and forend ribs, with larger scuffed areas on the stock ornament. The blue receiver keeps its colour in the centre but is chipped along the rail and sides. Because the range stops low, the damage is lighter than on skins that reach the far end of this grade. In game it reads as a heavily used relic with the gold and blue still visible.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.5
The whole float range of Souvenir XM1014 | Entombed is 0–0.5; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.5 segment (10% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir XM1014 | Entombed belongs to The Fracture Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is Fracture Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Gold, blue and teal stickers match the finish and blend with the Egyptian theme. Placing stickers on the blue receiver gives contrast, while gold or holo stickers on the barrel side keep the warm tone uninterrupted.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, as copies at the cleaner end of Field-Tested look noticeably better than those near Well-Worn.
- Inspect the muzzle, top rail and forend ribs, since these parts lose paint first.
- Look at the blue receiver, which is the main colour spot and shows chips clearly.
- Check applied stickers and name tag, as they change the look and the resale appeal.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- The cheapest way to own the finish while keeping its colours recognisable.
- Players who embrace the weathered relic look fully.
- A pick for those who value the theme over condition.
