Souvenir XM1014 | Heaven Guard (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

This XM1014 finish is recognised by red stripes along the barrel and receiver, a red pump and grip, and white wings on the side of the body and the stock. In Field-Tested the red begins to thin on the pump ribs and edges, and the scuffs fit the already weathered character of the paint. In game it still reads clearly as a red shotgun with light accents.

Item type: shotgun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The barrel and magazine tube are dark gunmetal, with a thin red stripe running along the top of the barrel toward the muzzle. The receiver is grey with a subtle hydrographic pattern and red splashes, and a white wing decal sits on its side above the grip.

The red thins visibly on the pump ribs, the receiver edges and the front of the grip, and grey metal starts to show there. The wing decals pick up small chips around their edges but keep their shape. In game the scheme still reads as red and grey with white accents. Flat areas of the stock and the barrel stripe stay mostly intact.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir XM1014 | Heaven Guard ranges from 0.03 to 0.5; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 49% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Huntsman Collection with 20 skins in total.

It drops from Huntsman Weapon Case (on sale since Jun 11, 2014).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Red, white and silver stickers match the scheme, and winged or angel-themed designs echo the decals. Placing stickers on the grey receiver away from the wing decal keeps the artwork readable.

What to check before buying

• Check the float position within the wear range, since low floats in each grade keep the red edges noticeably cleaner.
• Inspect the wing decals on the receiver and stock, as they are the first detail to chip and define how the skin reads.
• Look at the pump ribs and grip edges, where bare metal shows first.
• Check stickers and name tags on the listing, as they change how the receiver side looks.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

• Players who want the red scheme in game and accept light scuffing.
• Buyers who like how wear fits the weathered paint style.
• A solid everyday pick.
