Show allAllSkin overview
Heaven Guard combines red paint, a grey hydrographic layer and wing decals into a battered, utilitarian look on the XM1014. At Well-Worn bare metal shows through on the pump, receiver edges and grip, and the wings lose part of their outline. The overall red-and-grey impression survives, giving a rougher take on the design.
Item type: shotgun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The barrel and magazine tube are dark gunmetal, with a thin red stripe running along the top of the barrel toward the muzzle. The receiver is grey with a subtle hydrographic pattern and red splashes, and a white wing decal sits on its side above the grip.
Bare metal spreads across the pump, the receiver edges, the grip and the stock edges. The wing decals are partly worn through, with gaps in the white. In game the shotgun looks noticeably used, though the red remains the dominant colour. Recessed and flat panels hold most of their paint.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir XM1014 | Heaven Guard is 0.03–0.5; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (15% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir XM1014 | Heaven Guard belongs to The Huntsman Collection, which holds 20 skins.
It drops from Huntsman Weapon Case (on sale since Jun 11, 2014).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Red, white and silver stickers match the scheme, and winged or angel-themed designs echo the decals. Placing stickers on the grey receiver away from the wing decal keeps the artwork readable.
What to check before buying
- Check the float position within the wear range, since low floats in each grade keep the red edges noticeably cleaner.
- Inspect the wing decals on the receiver and stock, as they are the first detail to chip and define how the skin reads.
- Look at the pump ribs and grip edges, where bare metal shows first.
- Check stickers and name tags on the listing, as they change how the receiver side looks.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who prefer a used, rugged look on their shotgun.
- Buyers looking for the design at a lower entry point.
- Good for those who value character over cleanliness.
