Skin overview

Field-Tested Oxide Blaze leans into the theme of the skin, since a rust-patterned shotgun handles honest wear better than most finishes. The white receiver patches start to lose sharpness at the edges, while the brown barrel streaks keep their character. From a normal distance the gun still reads as a coherent rusted XM1014.

Item type: shotgun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The long barrel and the magazine tube beneath it are painted in rust-brown with darker and lighter streaks that imitate oxidised steel. The receiver carries the main motif: pale white and cream blotches spread over the rusty base, with a darker band along the top rail.

Wear spreads along the top of the barrel and magazine tube and onto the upper edges of the receiver. The white blotches lose some sharpness at their borders, and the rail and sight show scraped paint. The pump and stock pick up light rubbing on their edges. In game the skin still reads clearly, and the scuffs blend into the rust theme.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir XM1014 | Oxide Blaze ranges from 0 to 0.7; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 33% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir XM1014 | Oxide Blaze belongs to The Clutch Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Clutch Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in rust, brown, cream or off-white tones blend with the oxidised look of the receiver. Dark or matte designs placed near the pump keep the contrast between the brown metal and the black furniture. Bright neon colours tend to clash with the weathered theme.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within its wear grade, since a low value in Field-Tested looks noticeably cleaner than a high one.
  • Look at the receiver, because the white blotches there are the main detail and the first to show broken edges.
  • Inspect the muzzle and top of the barrel on worn copies, where paint loss starts.
  • Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the receiver area reads.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want an everyday XM1014 where wear fits the rust theme.
  • Buyers looking for a low-float copy that still looks tidy in game.
  • Conclusion: the most natural choice for regular play.
