This XM1014 finish is easy to recognise by the red leather sections with stitched lines set against a plain dark receiver. In Field-Tested the red takes on a slightly scuffed, used look at the edges of the forend and stock, which suits the leather theme rather than spoiling it.

Item type: shotgun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The receiver, barrel and magazine tube are left in dark gunmetal with a matte, slightly olive tone. The pump forend is wrapped in red leather with vertical stitched lines, and the end cap of the magazine tube is red as well.

Scuffs become noticeable along the edges of the forend, on the grip ridges and on the stock corners, where the red turns lighter and patchy. The receiver edges start to show small lighter marks. At normal distance the red sections still read as solid leather. The centre of the forend and the flat sides of the stock remain mostly clean.
