Show allAllSkin overview
This shotgun skin is built around red leather on the hand-contact parts and a dark gunmetal body. In Battle-Scarred the leather looks heavily rubbed and darkened at the edges, but the float range of this finish stops before the most extreme damage, so the red sections remain visible.
Item type: shotgun. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The receiver, barrel and magazine tube are left in dark gunmetal with a matte, slightly olive tone. The pump forend is wrapped in red leather with vertical stitched lines, and the end cap of the magazine tube is red as well.
Heavy rubbing covers the forend, grip and stock, with darkened and faded patches over much of the red. The receiver and barrel are visibly scratched along all raised edges. Because the float range ends early, the leather does not disappear completely. In game the red still marks the forend and stock, but the finish looks worn hard.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.56
The float of Souvenir XM1014 | Red Leather ranges from 0 to 0.56; the Battle-Scarred quality covers 0.45–0.56 — 20% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Baggage Collection with 15 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Red, black and gold stickers match the leather wrap and dark metal best. Placements on the dark receiver stand out cleanly, while red stickers near the forend blend into the leather theme.
What to look at before you buy
- Check the float position within the wear range, since the forend edges and stock corners show the difference first.
- Inspect the grip ridges and the front of the forend, where scuffs on the red leather appear earliest.
- The skin has no pattern variation, so focus on wear rather than pattern.
- Look at any applied stickers and name tag, as they change the clean red-and-dark look.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Budget entry buyers who want the skin at the lowest grade.
- Players who like a heavily worn look where the red still shows.
- Conclusion: the cheapest entry, with the red leather still visible.
