Show allAllSkin overview
Tranquility pairs a bright red body with a warm golden portrait on the receiver, so the shotgun is easy to recognise even at a glance. At Minimal Wear the overall look barely changes, and any marks are small and sit on edges rather than on the painted panel. It is a sensible choice for buyers who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
Item type: shotgun. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Minimal Wear
The receiver, forend, pistol grip and stock are covered in coral red with lighter, mottled patches, while the barrel and magazine tube stay a dark reddish-brown. The centre of the receiver side carries a hand-painted panel in yellow and orange showing a woman with long, flowing hair.
Small scratches may appear on the muzzle end, the forend ribs and the bottom edge of the stock. The portrait panel and the flat sides of the receiver stay clean. At normal viewing distance it is hard to tell apart from Factory New.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir XM1014 | Tranquility is 0–0.5; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (16% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir XM1014 | Tranquility belongs to The Vanguard Collection, which holds 14 skins.
The source is Operation Vanguard Weapon Case (on sale since Nov 5, 2014).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Gold, yellow and warm orange stickers pick up the colours of the portrait, while red or black stickers blend into the body. Placements on the stock or forend keep the painted panel on the receiver free.
What to check before buying
- Look at the float within the wear grade, since a low value keeps the portrait panel noticeably cleaner.
- Check the inspect view of the receiver side to see how much detail the portrait has kept.
- Look at the forend ribs, muzzle and stock edges, as these parts lose paint first.
- Check applied stickers and the name tag so they match your plans for the gun.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-clean look in first person.
- Buyers who prefer to save compared with Factory New without visible loss.
- A balanced pick between appearance and cost.
