Skin overview

Battle-Scarred is the roughest form of Mayan Dreams: the amber pattern survives in patches, with bare grey metal between them. The rifle looks like a relic pulled from the ruins rather than a decorated weapon. This grade is aimed at buyers who like a heavily aged look or want the lowest entry point.

Item type: sniper rifle. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The handguard, receiver and the long stock carry a hydrographic print of brown, tan and amber cloud shapes outlined with thin dark swirls. The pattern also wraps the pistol grip, the cheek rest and the scope body, so most of the rifle reads as one warm ornamental surface.

Most edges and raised parts have lost the print, and the scope and grip show a lot of bare metal. The pattern survives mainly on the flat panels of the receiver and stock. In game the rifle looks like an aged relic with scattered patches of amber. Even here the dark barrel and grey fittings stay intact.
