Skin overview

This SSG 08 relies on solid colour alone: green body, olive scope, pale grip and a dark barrel. At Minimal Wear the paint is still practically whole, and the few marks are hard to spot without zooming in. It gives nearly the same look as the top grade while costing less.

Item type: sniper rifle. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Solid Color: a single colour without a pattern; wear dulls it evenly and rubs it off along the edges.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The receiver and long handguard with its cut-outs and top rail are painted medium green, while the stock frame takes a slightly darker green. The scope tube and its rings are olive and khaki, and the pistol grip, cheek rest and butt pad are a pale sage tone.

Tiny specks may appear on the edges of the top rail and the handguard cut-outs. The scope and stock remain clean in normal view. At regular distance the rifle looks the same as Factory New. Higher floats in this range may show a few more specks on the rail.
