SSG 08 | Green Ceramic is a Consumer Grade sniper rifle finish that paints the weapon in several shades of green with no pattern. In Factory New every tone sits evenly, from the medium green of the handguard to the sage grip and cheek rest. It is the cleanest way to own this simple, calm colour scheme.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver and long handguard with its cut-outs and top rail are painted medium green, while the stock frame takes a slightly darker green. The scope tube and its rings are olive and khaki, and the pistol grip, cheek rest and butt pad are a pale sage tone. The barrel, muzzle brake and bipod legs stay dark grey metal, which frames the greens. There is no pattern, only blocks of solid colour that resemble glazed ceramic. On worn copies the paint chips first on the edges of the handguard cut-outs, the rail, the scope bells and the corners of the stock frame.

The paint is intact on every part, with even green on the handguard and receiver. The scope, grip and cheek rest keep their clean olive and sage tones. In game the rifle reads as smooth and uniform. Nothing on the weapon shows bare metal.
