Show allAllSkin overview
Retribution in Well-Worn is the most weathered version available, since the skin does not go further down the wear scale. The steel loses much of its reflection and shows dull, scratched areas, while the wood grips look faded at the edges. The overall silhouette of steel and wood is still clear, so the skin remains readable at a fraction of the clean look.
Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested. The same quality also exists as the Souvenir version.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
Both pistols have slides and frames in bright polished silver steel, with visible serrations at the rear of the slides and a reflective finish along the barrels. The trigger guards and triggers stay in the same steel tone, while small dark pins and screws break up the metal surfaces.
Most of the slide surfaces lose their mirror shine and are covered with scratches and dull patches. The muzzles, edges and trigger guards look clearly worn. The wood grips are faded around the edges and screws, though the grain is still visible in the middle. In game the pistols look matte and weathered, but the steel-and-wood scheme stays recognisable.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of StatTrak™ Dual Berettas | Retribution is 0–0.45; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (16% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
StatTrak™ Dual Berettas | Retribution belongs to The Huntsman Collection, which holds 20 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Note: It was removed because one of its creators was also involved with the M4A4 Howl art theft. This is no longer obtainable from the Huntsman Weapon Case, but remains part of The Huntsman Collection and still works with trade-up contracts.
What it costs in each quality
Among 11 skins of the Dual Berettas in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.
StatTrak™ version
This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter. Right now the StatTrak™ version is 44% dearer than the regular one.
Stickers and crafts
Silver, gold and holo stickers work well with the polished steel, while brown, black or muted stickers echo the wood grips. Placements on the flat sides of the slides keep the grips and their grain visible.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in Field-Tested can look close to Minimal Wear.
- Look at the slide edges and muzzles on the inspect screen, as they lose their shine first.
- Check the wood grips for faded edges on more worn copies.
- Look at applied stickers and name tags, since they change the clean steel look.
Who the Well-Worn quality suits
- Budget buyers who want the steel-and-wood design at the lowest entry point.
- Players who prefer a matte, weathered finish over a mirror shine.
- The cheapest way to own the skin while keeping it recognisable.
