Show allAllSkin overview
In Field-Tested the maroon finish starts to lose paint at the edges, and the bare metal showing through blends naturally with the decaying motif. The cell pattern and red veins are still clearly readable on the slide and grip. Here the wear fits the idea of a weapon being eaten away.
Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the Souvenir version.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The whole P250 is coated in maroon paint covered with an irregular network of dark, almost black cells, each outlined by thin brighter red veins. The pattern runs continuously over the slide, including the rear serrations, and continues down the frame, trigger guard and grip, where the cells become larger and rounder.
Paint chips become noticeable along the slide edges, the muzzle end and the trigger guard, showing grey metal. The red veins look slightly duller on the most handled areas. In game the pattern is still clearly readable, and the chipping blends into the decayed style. The flat sides of the slide and the centre of the grip stay mostly clean.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of StatTrak™ P250 | Contaminant is 0–0.7; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (33% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin

What it costs in each quality
Among 10 skins of the P250 in the Mil-Spec Grade grade and this quality, this skin ranks 3rd by price, counting from the dearest.
StatTrak™ version
This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter. Right now the StatTrak™ version is 8% cheaper than the regular one.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in dark red, black or muted metallic tones match the maroon base and dark cells without breaking the decayed look. A single sticker on the flat side of the slide keeps the pattern readable. Bright green or toxic-themed stickers can underline the contamination idea as a deliberate contrast.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies at the clean end of a grade keep visibly more paint on the slide edges.
- Inspect the front of the slide and the muzzle, as these areas lose paint first.
- Look at the lower edges of the grip and the trigger guard on worn copies to see how much of the pattern remains.
- Check applied stickers and a name tag, as they change the look of the slide.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players who like light chipping that fits the decayed theme.
- Buyers looking for a balanced everyday pistol skin.
- Conclusion: a practical choice where wear suits the design.
