Tec-9 | Re-Entry (Factory New)

Skin overview

Tec-9 | Re-Entry puts a red and orange flame decal over the barrel shroud, with teal tones running between the flames and along the top rail. The rest of the pistol stays in plain grey, so all the colour sits on the front half. In Factory New the anodized colours are even and saturated, and the edges of the shroud holes look crisp.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The barrel shroud carries the main artwork: red and orange flames over a dark base, broken up by teal patches between the ventilation holes. The top rail and the upper part of the receiver pick up a teal-blue anodized tone, and the cocking knob is a bright orange accent. The lower receiver, trigger guard, grip and long magazine stay in matte grey without a pattern. On worn copies the colour goes first on the muzzle end, the rims of the shroud holes and the raised rail edges.

The anodized layer is intact across the shroud and the top rail. Flames and teal patches have sharp borders and full saturation. In game the front half of the pistol reads as a solid block of red and teal against the grey frame. Nothing on the weapon shows wear.

Stickers and crafts

Red, orange or teal stickers echo the flame artwork and work well on the shroud or receiver. The plain grey lower body and magazine are a neutral area where darker or holo stickers stand out without clashing with the pattern.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the upper edge show more rubbed edges.
• Look at the muzzle end and the rims of the shroud holes, as they lose colour first.
• Inspect the top rail for scuffs, because the teal accent there is easy to notice in first-person view.
• For Souvenir copies, check which stickers are applied and whether they suit the flame artwork.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the flames at full saturation.
• Players planning a careful sticker craft on a clean base.
• The choice for a pristine look.
