Show allAllSkin overview
This is the flame-decal Tec-9, red and orange on the shroud with teal accents on top and a grey lower body. At Minimal Wear the flames keep their full colour, and any marks are limited to tiny points on the sharpest edges. For most buyers it looks like a clean copy at arm's length.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The barrel shroud carries the main artwork: red and orange flames over a dark base, broken up by teal patches between the ventilation holes. The top rail and the upper part of the receiver pick up a teal-blue anodized tone, and the cocking knob is a bright orange accent.
Small specks may appear on the muzzle tip and the sharpest rims of the shroud holes. The flame pattern and teal accents remain fully coloured. At normal viewing distance these marks are barely noticeable. The grey lower body, grip and magazine look clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Tec-9 | Re-Entry is 0–0.43; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (19% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
Tec-9 | Re-Entry belongs to The Chroma 3 Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is Chroma 3 Case.
What it costs in each quality
Among 8 skins of the Tec-9 in the Restricted grade and this quality, this skin ranks 5th by price, counting from the dearest.
StatTrak™ and Souvenir
There is also a the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon tracks kills. Right now it is 2× dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Red, orange or teal stickers echo the flame artwork and work well on the shroud or receiver. The plain grey lower body and magazine are a neutral area where darker or holo stickers stand out without clashing with the pattern.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies near the upper edge show more rubbed edges.
- Look at the muzzle end and the rims of the shroud holes, as they lose colour first.
- Inspect the top rail for scuffs, because the teal accent there is easy to notice in first-person view.
- For Souvenir copies, check which stickers are applied and whether they suit the flame artwork.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-clean look without paying for the top grade.
- Sticker crafters who accept tiny edge specks.
- A balanced pick between look and cost.
