UMP-45 | Corporal (Battle-Scarred)

Skin overview

UMP-45 | Corporal in Battle-Scarred looks like a weapon that has served a long time: worn olive panels, a scuffed sand top and faded white chevrons. Because the float range stops short of the very top, even the most worn copies keep a recognisable colour scheme. It is the most rugged take on the military motif.

Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The lower receiver, trigger group and folding stock are painted olive green, while the top of the upper receiver and the front end are a light sand tone. A white chevron stripe runs along the side near the front, a rank insignia sits on the pistol grip, and thin white stencil lines cross the receiver.

Heavy wear covers the top rail, the front end, the magazine and the stock edges, with large areas of bare metal. The white markings are faded or broken up. In game the gun reads as darker and grittier, though the olive and sand split is still recognisable. Since the range ends below the maximum, the finish never disappears completely.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.75

The whole float range of UMP-45 | Corporal is 0.05–0.75; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.75 segment (43% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since low-float copies of a grade look noticeably cleaner on the top rail and magazine.
• Look at the magazine edges and the top rail first, as these show chipping before anything else.
• Check that the white chevrons and stencils are still readable if the military markings are what you like about the skin.
• Look for applied stickers or a name tag and whether they match your plans for the gun.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

• Budget entry for anyone who simply wants this UMP-45 finish in the inventory.
• Conclusion: the gritty option, with the colour scheme still intact.
