XM1014 | Tranquility (Factory New)

Skin overview

XM1014 | Tranquility is a Classified shotgun skin with a coral-red finish and a hand-painted image of a woman with long hair on the side of the receiver. In Factory New the red reads as one even, saturated layer, and the yellow-orange portrait panel keeps its fine lines and soft gradients. This is the version where the artwork looks closest to its original design.

Item type: shotgun. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Factory New

The receiver, forend, pistol grip and stock are covered in coral red with lighter, mottled patches, while the barrel and magazine tube stay a dark reddish-brown. The centre of the receiver side carries a hand-painted panel in yellow and orange showing a woman with long, flowing hair. The forend ribs and the stock repeat the red with soft lighter streaks, so the portrait is the only warm-gold area on the gun. On worn copies the paint goes first on the muzzle end, the forend ribs, the receiver edges, the grip and the butt of the stock, and the portrait panel loses detail later, starting from its borders.

No visible wear on any part of the gun. The red layer is even on the receiver, forend and stock, and the portrait keeps its fine lines and colour transitions. In game the finish looks crisp from every angle in first person.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

Which stickers suit it

What to check before buying

• Look at the float within the wear grade, since a low value keeps the portrait panel noticeably cleaner.
• Check the inspect view of the receiver side to see how much detail the portrait has kept.
• Look at the forend ribs, muzzle and stock edges, as these parts lose paint first.
• Check applied stickers and the name tag so they match your plans for the gun.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the portrait with every detail intact.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean red base.
• The choice for buyers who want the finish exactly as designed.
