Skin overview

In Well-Worn the sprayed blotches lose ground to exposed metal along the edge, the tip and the rims of the fuller. The blade becomes lighter and more silvery overall, and only patches of dark paint remain on the flat. The rugged look fits the military Bayonet silhouette well.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The blade is covered in soft spray-painted patches of charcoal, mid-grey and off-white that blend into each other without hard borders. Lighter areas gather near the spine and along the cutting edge, while darker smoky bands run through the middle and towards the tip, around the long fuller groove.

Exposed steel spreads from the edge and spine deeper into the blade flat, and the tip is largely bare. Around the fuller the paint is broken into patches. In game the blade reads lighter and more metallic, with the dark smoky bands only partly visible. The handle keeps its colours, though the raised grip segments look rubbed.

What to check before buying

  • Look at where the float sits within the wear grade, since the cutting edge and tip show the difference first.
  • Compare inspect screenshots, because the placement of the dark and light patches varies between copies.
  • Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag, if either matters to you.
  • On Field-Tested and more worn copies, check how much paint is left around the fuller and on the blade flat.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Buyers looking for an affordable ★ Bayonet with some pattern left.
  • Players who like a rugged, metallic, battle-used look.
