This Classic Knife carries the Crimson Web hydrographic: black web lines over a red base coat with a semi-gloss topcoat. In Minimal Wear the blade still reads as solid red with a crisp web. Any marks are small and usually limited to the edge and tip, so it gives almost the Factory New look at a more accessible grade.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The blade is covered in a deep red base coat with a thin black spider web hydrographic running across both faces. Along the cutting edge and near the tip the finish breaks into lighter steel-coloured areas with a wavy outline, which frame the red field.
Faint scuffs may appear at the very edge and the tip, where the blade meets the steel areas. The flat of the blade keeps its full red and a sharp web. At normal distance in game it is hard to tell apart from Factory New. The handle and guard remain clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of ★ Classic Knife | Crimson Web is 0.06–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (11% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
It drops from CS20 Case as a rare special item.

What to check before buying
- Check the float within the wear range, since lower values keep more red at the edge and tip.
- Look at the web placement on the blade, because the pattern position changes how clean and centred the web looks.
- Inspect the cutting edge, tip and spine, as these are the first places where the red coat wears off.
- Note whether the copy is StatTrak™ or carries a name tag, as both affect what you are buying.
Who should buy Minimal Wear
- Players who want a near-flawless look without paying for the cleanest grade.
- Collectors who accept tiny marks at the edge in exchange for value.
- A sensible balance between look and cost.
