★ Paracord Knife | Boreal Forest (Factory New)

Skin overview

★ Paracord Knife | Boreal Forest is a forest camouflage hydrographic on the Paracord Knife, with olive, brown, pale yellow and mint patches over a sandy base and a mint green cord on the handle. In Factory New the camouflage is complete from tip to guard, with sharp patch edges and no bare steel. This skin's float range starts above zero, so Factory New is a narrow band at the clean end of it.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The tanto-style blade is covered in a woodland camouflage of olive, dark brown, pale yellow-green and mint patches on a sandy khaki base. The camouflage runs over the whole blade, including the long slot cut through the flat and the notched spine near the guard. The handle is wrapped in mint green paracord that matches the lighter patches of the blade, with the metal tip of the tang showing at the end. On worn copies the paint goes first at the cutting edge, the tip and the spine, then spreads into the flat. The cord holds its colour longer than the painted blade.

The camouflage is complete across the blade, with crisp patch borders and no exposed steel. The edge, the tip and the slot keep their paint. In game the knife reads as a clean, even khaki and green blade with a matching cord. Everything, including the spine notches, looks untouched.

• Compare how the camouflage patches fall on the blade between copies, as the hydrographic placement can differ.
• Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag, if either matters to you.
