★ Paracord Knife | Boreal Forest pairs a sandy camouflage blade with a mint paracord handle, a calm look built on earthy tones. In Field-Tested the paint starts to give way along the edge and the spine, and bits of grey steel show through the patches. The overall camouflage pattern is still easy to recognise in hand.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Field-Tested
The tanto-style blade is covered in a woodland camouflage of olive, dark brown, pale yellow-green and mint patches on a sandy khaki base. The camouflage runs over the whole blade, including the long slot cut through the flat and the notched spine near the guard.
Paint wear becomes visible along the cutting edge, at the tip and on the spine, with grey steel showing through. The centre of the flat still carries most of the camouflage. In game the knife reads as camouflaged with a lightly used edge. The handle cord stays clean in colour.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The whole float range of ★ Paracord Knife | Boreal Forest is 0.06–0.8; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (31% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying
- Look at the float position within the wear range, since the edge and tip lose paint noticeably faster on higher floats.
- Check the screenshot or inspect the knife to see how much camouflage remains on the flat of the blade.
- Compare how the camouflage patches fall on the blade between copies, as the hydrographic placement can differ.
- Check whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag, if either matters to you.
Who the Field-Tested quality suits
- Players who want a recognisable camouflage knife at a moderate grade.
- Buyers who like a lightly used edge on a field knife.
- A balanced choice between appearance and cost.
