Skin overview

The skin is a woodland pixel camo on the blade of a Butterfly Knife with dark, green-inlaid handles. In Well-Worn the edge, tip and spine lose much of the paint, leaving a band of bare metal around the pattern. The result looks like a knife that has seen regular field use.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

How the skin looks in Well-Worn

The blade is covered in a digital disruptive pattern of tan, khaki, olive and dark green pixels applied as a hydrographic. The pattern runs over the whole blade, including the swept tip and the area near the pivot.

Wear spreads from the edge and spine deep into the blade, and the tip is largely bare. Patches of the pixel pattern break up into islands. In game the steel is noticeable during inspect, though the green-tan tone remains near the pivot.

Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45

What to look at before you buy

  • Look at the cutting edge and tip in the inspect screenshot, since they lose paint first.
  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, as low-float copies of a grade look noticeably cleaner.
  • The Factory New range is narrow for this skin, so compare it with low Minimal Wear before paying more.
  • Check for a name tag and StatTrak™ if they matter to you.

Who should buy Well-Worn

  • Players who like a used, field-worn look.
  • Budget-minded buyers who mainly want the knife's animations.
  • Suits those who value the knife over the finish.
