★ StatTrak™ Huntsman Knife | Scorched (Battle-Scarred)

Skin overview

In Battle-Scarred the camouflage of Scorched is broken into scattered grey and white fragments over a largely bare steel blade. The result looks close to a worn utility knife, with the tanto point and serrated spine standing out in plain metal. It is the most direct way to get the Huntsman shape with a hint of the smoky pattern.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The blade is covered in a spray-painted, sun-dappled camouflage of smoky grey, off-white and pale blue-grey patches, with darker sooty smudges near the spine and the tip. The pattern runs across the whole blade, including the serrated spine, the long fuller groove and the tanto point, while the guard ring keeps a muted steel-grey tone.

The paint survives only as scattered grey and white fragments across a mostly bare blade. The tip, edge, serrations and fuller show plain steel, and the guard is worn as well. In game the knife reads as a weathered metal blade with faint traces of camouflage. The black grip keeps the knife's overall dark-and-light contrast.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies at the clean end of a grade keep noticeably more paint on the edge and tip.
• Inspect the tip, cutting edge and serrated spine first, as these lose the spray paint earliest.
• Look at how the camouflage patches fall on the visible side of the blade, because the light and dark areas sit differently on each copy.
• Decide whether you want the StatTrak™ version and check the name tag if one is applied.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

• Budget-minded players who mainly want the Huntsman shape and animations.
• Fans of a heavily worn, plain-steel utility look.
• Conclusion: the entry point for this knife, with the pattern as a faint accent.
