★ StatTrak™ Huntsman Knife | Scorched (Factory New)

Skin overview

★ Huntsman Knife | Scorched pairs the tanto-point Huntsman blade with a spray-painted, sun-dappled camouflage of smoky grey, off-white and soft blue-grey patches. In Factory New the mottled layers stay intact from spine to edge, so the blend of light and dark reads as one clean, cloudy surface. The black grip frames the pale blade and keeps the whole knife restrained.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Factory New

The blade is covered in a spray-painted, sun-dappled camouflage of smoky grey, off-white and pale blue-grey patches, with darker sooty smudges near the spine and the tip. The pattern runs across the whole blade, including the serrated spine, the long fuller groove and the tanto point, while the guard ring keeps a muted steel-grey tone.

The spray camouflage covers the blade fully, from the tanto point to the guard. Because the float range does not start at zero, the cleanest copies may still show a barely visible scuff at the very tip. In game the knife reads as a clean, pale and smoky blade against the black grip. The edge, serrations and fuller look untouched.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies at the clean end of a grade keep noticeably more paint on the edge and tip.
• Inspect the tip, cutting edge and serrated spine first, as these lose the spray paint earliest.
• Look at how the camouflage patches fall on the visible side of the blade, because the light and dark areas sit differently on each copy.
• Decide whether you want the StatTrak™ version and check the name tag if one is applied.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the smoky camouflage complete across the whole blade.
• Players who prefer a clean, pale blade in inspect animations.
• Conclusion: the grade for those who want Scorched as intact as it gets.
