Skin overview

★ Karambit | Gamma Doppler (Phase 1) is a curved claw-shaped knife with a candy-coated marbled finish in cold blue, turquoise and pale silver tones. In Factory New the coating is at its deepest and most glossy, so the marbling on the blade and finger ring reads crisp and uninterrupted. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the finish exactly as it was meant to look.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

Appearance in Factory New

The blade carries the main part of the finish: a candy-coated marbled layer that shifts between deep blue, bright cyan and pale silvery patches, with a turquoise band close to the guard. The finger ring is painted in the same marbled blue with hints of violet, framing the grip from below.

At Factory New the candy coating on the blade and ring is intact, with no visible scratches even on the tip and cutting edge. Copies near the top of the range can show a barely noticeable hairline on the tip under close inspection. In game, both in hand and on inspect, the marbling reads clean and glossy. The grey handle has no paint and looks the same as on any other copy.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Karambit | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 is 0–0.08; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (88% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter.

What to look at before you buy

  • Compare inspect screenshots, since the balance of blue, turquoise and silver marbling differs between copies of this phase.
  • Check the blade tip and cutting edge for scratches, especially on copies near the top of their float range.
  • Look at the outer rim of the finger ring, which is the second place where the coating wears.
  • Confirm whether the copy is StatTrak™ and whether it carries a name tag, as both change the listing.

Who the Factory New quality suits

  • Collectors who want the marbling with no marks at all on tip and ring.
  • Players who inspect their knife often and notice small details up close.
  • Conclusion: the choice for a buyer who wants this phase in its cleanest form.
