Skin overview

This M9 Bayonet carries the Gamma Doppler finish in its Phase 1 look: a blue-violet base with green patches and dark marbled clouds over a silver metallic layer. In Minimal Wear the colours stay saturated, and the faint marks on the edge and tip are hard to notice when the knife is in hand. It gives the same recognisable palette at the slightly more worn end of a very narrow range.

Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The blade carries the whole finish: a blue and violet candy coat over black and silver metallic marbling, with green streaks running along the middle and toward the spine. Dark smoky swirls break up the colour and give each blade its own marbled pattern.

Light scuffs may appear at the very tip and along the cutting edge, sometimes on the tops of the spine teeth. They show as small lighter points of metal and stay faint because the grade sits right next to Factory New. In first-person view at normal distance the knife reads almost the same as a clean copy. The middle of the blade, the guard and the grip remain clean.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08

The float of ★ StatTrak™ M9 Bayonet | Gamma Doppler Phase 1 ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.08 — 12% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

StatTrak™ version

What to check before buying

  • Inspect the pattern, since the share of green, blue and dark marbling on the blade differs from copy to copy.
  • Check the tip and the cutting edge for light spots of bare metal.
  • Look at the float position within the grade if you want a copy that is as clean as possible.
  • Check for a name tag and whether the copy is StatTrak™ if that matters to you.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

  • Players who want the Phase 1 look in hand and do not mind faint marks at the tip.
  • Buyers who prefer to put the difference toward a nicer pattern rather than a lower float.
  • A practical choice with almost the same look in game.
