In Well-Worn the stained pattern on this Paracord Knife is broken up by abrasion along the edge, the tip and the spine. The stains read as patchy, mixed with lighter scuffed steel, which pushes the knife further towards a used-tool look. The silhouette with its tanto-style tip and corded grip stays fully recognisable.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Patina: an aged metal surface; wear is part of the design, so the gap between qualities is less visible.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The whole blade is covered with a mottled patina in pale blue, grey and white tones, crossed by thin darker blue veins that give it a marbled, stained look. The spine area, including the long slot and the notched section near the guard, has a darker grey steel tone.
The edge and tip are clearly abraded, and the spine with its notches shows bare, lighter steel. The stains on the flat break into patches, and the fine veins are partly lost. In game the blade looks noticeably lighter and rougher. The corded handle remains the cleanest part of the knife.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of ★ StatTrak™ Paracord Knife | Stained is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

What to look at before you buy
- Look at the float position within the wear range, since copies near the cleaner end keep noticeably more patina on the edge and tip.
- The arrangement of stains differs between copies, so check the inspect image to see how the pattern sits on the visible side of the blade.
- On worn grades check the tip and spine, as these lose the patina first and set the overall impression.
- Check whether the knife carries a name tag and whether it is the StatTrak™ version.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who want a used-tool look with patches of patina left.
- Budget buyers who want this knife model with more character than a plain blade.
- Suits those who value the rough look over a clean finish.
