Skin overview

This Survival Knife carries the Case Hardened patina, a mix of cool blue and violet over warm gold steel, set against a dark composite handle. In Field-Tested the colours are still clearly readable, while light scratches start to show along the cutting edge and the serrations. The blade looks used rather than damaged, which suits the tactical shape of the knife.

The finish covers only the blade: the tip and the gut hook area carry blue, violet and pinkish patches, which fade into gold and pale yellow toward the slotted middle and the guard. The serrated section near the base of the blade and the cut-out slot show the same warm, mottled metal.

Light scratches run along the cutting edge, the serrations and the gut hook, and the tip shows some scuffing. The patina looks slightly duller, though the blue and gold areas are still clearly separated. In game the knife reads as colourful, with the wear noticeable mainly when the blade is close to the camera. The middle of the blade and the handle stay mostly clean.
