Skin overview

Lapis Lazuli is built on contrast: a pale, almost cream receiver against a cobalt body with white star-like tiles and gold flecks. In Field-Tested the ornament still reads clearly, while the white parts start to look less pristine and edges pick up visible wear. Overall the colour scheme survives well at playing distance.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The receiver, carry handle rail and scope housing are painted a light cream-white, with copper-gold trim on the charging handle, muzzle and scope rings. The barrel and scope lens cap are a solid blue, matching the main body.

Edge wear becomes visible on the stock, foregrip and magazine, and the white upper loses its fresh look with greyish marks around the receiver and scope. Gold trim begins to thin on the charging handle and muzzle. In game the blue-and-white pattern still reads clearly. The centre of the stock and most of the tile ornament stay clean.

The whole float range of AUG | Lapis Lazuli is 0–1; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.38 segment (23% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Blue, white and gold stickers blend naturally with the tiled ornament, and holographic or gold variants echo the metallic trim. Placing stickers on the white receiver keeps them readable against a calm background, while busy multicoloured designs tend to clash with the dense pattern on the stock.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the grade, since the white receiver and magazine show wear more readily than the blue parts.
  • Inspect the edges of the stock, the foregrip and the magazine ribs, which lose paint first on this finish.
  • Look at the gold trim on the charging handle and muzzle, as its condition affects how rich the skin looks.
  • Souvenir copies come with fixed stickers, so judge whether they fit the blue-and-white artwork.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

  • Players who mostly see the rifle in their hands and care about the overall colour scheme.
  • Buyers looking for a low-float copy within the grade that looks close to cleaner wears.
  • A practical everyday choice that keeps the recognisable pattern.
