Skin overview

The rifle is recognisable by its blue-and-white tiled stock, gold trim and light upper assembly with a matching blue scope. Minimal Wear keeps the ornament crisp, and any marks sit on edges that are hard to spot in a match. It gives nearly the clean look at a lower grade.

Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The receiver, carry handle rail and scope housing are painted a light cream-white, with copper-gold trim on the charging handle, muzzle and scope rings. The barrel and scope lens cap are a solid blue, matching the main body.

Small scuffs may appear on the edges of the stock, the foregrip and the magazine ribs. The white receiver may show faint marks under close inspection. At normal distance in game the skin is hard to tell from Factory New. The tile ornament and gold accents remain fully intact.

Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of AUG | Lapis Lazuli is 0–1; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (8% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Blue, white and gold stickers blend naturally with the tiled ornament, and holographic or gold variants echo the metallic trim. Placing stickers on the white receiver keeps them readable against a calm background, while busy multicoloured designs tend to clash with the dense pattern on the stock.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the grade, since the white receiver and magazine show wear more readily than the blue parts.
  • Inspect the edges of the stock, the foregrip and the magazine ribs, which lose paint first on this finish.
  • Look at the gold trim on the charging handle and muzzle, as its condition affects how rich the skin looks.
  • Souvenir copies come with fixed stickers, so judge whether they fit the blue-and-white artwork.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

  • Players who want an almost clean look without paying for the top grade.
  • Sticker crafters, since faint edge marks do not affect sticker placement on the receiver.
  • A sensible balance between appearance and cost.
