Show allAllSkin overview
Crypsis is a spray-paint camo in rust, cream and dark brown, and the field-worn grade suits its utilitarian style. In Field-Tested the paint starts to thin on edges and protruding parts, yet the leaf-and-twig pattern stays easy to read on the body and stock. Many buyers see it as the point where the rifle looks used but not neglected.
Item type: rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.
Appearance in Field-Tested
The receiver, carry handle, stock, pistol grip and magazine are covered in a dark brown base with scattered rust-orange leaf shapes and thin cream-coloured twig lines. The barrel and muzzle stay in plain dark metal, which frames the patterned body.
Wear becomes visible on the carry handle edge, magazine, grip and the butt of the stock, where the paint is thinned or scuffed. The leaves on these parts lose some of their outline. In game the pattern still reads clearly, and the scratches look like natural field use. The flat sides of the receiver and stock stay largely clean.
Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38
The float of FAMAS | Crypsis ranges from 0 to 0.55; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 42% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

StatTrak™ and Souvenir
There is also a the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon tracks kills. Right now it is 13% dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Warm golds, oranges, browns and cream tones blend with the autumn palette for a cohesive craft. Matte or paper stickers along the receiver side keep the camo theme, while a single gold or holo accent stands out well against the dark brown base.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, as copies near the top of a grade look noticeably cleaner on the carry handle and magazine.
- Look at the carry handle edge, magazine corners and grip, since these lose paint first.
- Compare inspect screenshots, because the random spray pattern places leaves and twigs differently on each copy.
- Check for applied stickers and a name tag, and whether the copy is StatTrak™ or Souvenir.
Who should buy Field-Tested
- Everyday players who want the full pattern in game at a lower cost.
- Fans of a used, field-gear look that suits the camo theme.
- A practical grade for regular play.
