Show allAllSkin overview
Demeter on the G3SG1 is a mosaic hydrographic with blue tiles, black seams and orange fragments, applied to the handguard, receiver and scope. Battle-Scarred copies show large patches of exposed metal and a faded pattern, though the colour scheme stays recognisable. It is the cheapest way to get the design, and the worn look fits a rifle used in long holds.
Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The handguard and receiver are covered in a mosaic of teal and deep blue tiles separated by thick black lines, with irregular orange pieces scattered mostly along the front half. The scope tube carries the same blue-and-black tiling, while the scope mount and bolt area stay dark.
Large worn patches cover much of the handguard and scope, and the receiver shows heavy scratching along its upper line. The tiles appear faded and patchy, with the orange the most affected. At normal distance the colour scheme is still recognisable, though the fine mosaic is lost. The unpainted parts look unchanged, which makes the worn middle stand out more.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.8
The whole float range of G3SG1 | Demeter is 0.06–0.8; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.8 segment (47% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Which stickers suit it
Stickers in blue, teal or orange tones blend with the mosaic, while black or holo stickers echo the dark seams. Placing them on the receiver side keeps the pattern on the handguard and scope visible.
What to check before buying
- Compare float within the chosen wear, since lower values keep the scope tube and handguard edges cleaner.
- Look at the ends of the scope tube and the front of the handguard, as these show wear first.
- Check how much orange falls on the visible side, because the pattern placement varies between copies.
- Note any stickers or name tag already applied and whether they suit the blue and orange palette.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Players looking for the cheapest entry into the design.
- Fans of heavily worn finishes on a sniper rifle.
- In short, a low-cost pick where the colours matter more than detail.
